To connect 2 rolls of 5M led strip lights, you can do it in parallel run:

Remember that, when connecting them together, please make sure that the wattage of power source driver must be enough to light up the strips. (for example, each roll of 5M strip is 36W, then you will need 72W to light up 2 rolls strips).
